Job Responsibility:
- To assist on the day-to-day maintenance scheduling, planning, supervision and operation requirement of the worksite
- Able to ensure that all building maintenance/repair/replacement works are carried out within acceptable standard of workmanship
- Able to attend to urgent complaints and carry out maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of M&E Services
- Able to attend to enquiries, feedbacks and/or complaints of breakdown and service requests
- Oversee the preparation of the equipment for outgoing project and ensure the returned equipment from project site are in good condition
- Conduct defects investigation and identification
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/ Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum CGE O Level / Nitec in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Technology / Facility Management
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Meticulous, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
