Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes from suppliers.
- Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity.
- Review and analyse purchase requisitions.
- Monitor the costs, schedules and scopes of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
- Interact closely with suppliers and Engineer to resolve quality issues.
- Any other task assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Purchasing field with 5 years directly procurement buyer related experience in construction company.
- Proficiency in purchasing construction materials and equipment
- Skills in sourcing, price negotiation, and problem-solving.
