Our client is in the aerospace and aviation industry. They are looking for a Customer Account Representative to assist their sales team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare written quotations for stock and non-stock items according to guidelines.
- Resolve customer claims and support Accounts Receivable with cash collection.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, focusing on service excellence and timely responses.
- Influence pricing, freight, and terms the comapnies' guidelines.
- Drive revenue through persuasive communication during inbound and outbound calls.
- Collaborate with Purchasing on inventory purchases for major customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Diploma in business or any related field
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
