☑ Assist to handle spare parts / shipping
☑ Able to handle Mainland Chinese clients
- Co-ordinate closely with Regional Sales Team, follow up after receiving Sales Contract;
- Respond and follow-up with customers enquires and technical problems;
- Prepare service reports and maintain technical information;
- Monitoring customer complain;
- Ensure prompt response to and completion of work;
- Planning installation schedule for Installer, IT & Trainer for flight reservation, hotel accommodations, visa application etc.
- Packing of Spare parts for courier delivery
- Prepare Packing list/Delivery Order/Commercial Invoice to forwarder and customer;
- Carry out daily scheduled maintenance and inspections;
- Liaising, coordinating and supervise with external repair vendors as required;
