Job Description
- Assist in daily operations in kitchen.
- Handle food preparation according to Company standard operating procedures (SOP) and assist the Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, food sanitation and SFA food hygiene practices.
- Ensure good personal hygiene, general cleanliness, and kitchen sanitation.
- Assist in collecting food supplies, document stock requisitions and report stock inventory to Superior.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations especially during peak hours.
- Ensure consistent in quality of food and beverages.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience working in kitchen environment in Japanese restaurant.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to working split shift, weekends, and holidays as needed.
