Responsibilities
• Deliver both pre and post-technical assistance to customers regarding their vision needs.
• Offer comprehensive technical support to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct on-site services to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Assess and qualify new products for effective integration and performance.
Requirements
• Profound grasp of camera, lens, and optical systems.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in machine vision applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel on short notice.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Optics Engineering.
• Prior experience in AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) is highly valued.
