- Operate kitchen equipment according to company and recipe standards
- Follow strictly written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients and starting a new batch of products
- Packaging and moving of prepared food to storage
- QC of each finished item to meet the quality standards of the company
- Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production
- Knowledge of basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Those with at 5 yrs F&B/manufacturing experience are welcomed. Candidates must possess eagerness to learn on the job.
- Must able to work night shift and split shift
- Must able to work OT on weekends and public holiday
