The Job:
The Executive is responsible for planning and facilitating care integration projects and activities driven out of the Population Health and Integrated Care Office (PHICO). Reporting to the Manager, the main accountabilities of the Executive includes providing and coordinating operational and administrative support to ensure smooth and effective operations of PHICO programmes.
The roles and responsibilities of the Executive include but is not limited to the following:
- Engage and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical and operational departments from SingHealth institutions, external community partners such as eldercare service providers, primary care partners and government agencies involved in the programme
- Monitor programme progress and provide regular updates to programme director, senior management and relevant agencies/funder
- Facilitate and support regular meetings including case discussion in multi-disciplinary meetings, administrative meetings, and preparation of minutes
- Work with business units to understand data requirements and establish criteria to collect the relevant information for analysis and evaluation of programme. Ensure timely submission of indicators and reports to programme director and funder
- Work with Finance to raise and process claims with the necessary documentation in accordance with the financial guidelines, processes and governance rules
- Maintain necessary documentation for audits and serve as the main contact point for audit queries
Job Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience. Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate constructively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Good administrative skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financials, statistics and workflow engineering and re-engineering would be an added advantage
