Responsibility:
- Conduct market research to understand the industry trends, business opportunities, customer needs, and revenue potential of various segments and target customers;
- Define the product strategy and plan based on the market positioning and competitive analysis; establish clear objectives and milestones for each product line in each country and region;
- Design the end-to-end solutions for target industries and business scenarios; translate customer problems and value propositions into product requirements, and collaborate with AI experts and engineers to turn them into technical specifications that ensure product success;
- Coordinate with in-house AI & Optimization team, work closely with the internal team responsible for implementing and configuring the resource optimization solution.
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development life cycle, from ideation to launch and beyond;
Qualifications:
- Your educational background is not specified, but it's important to have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Your extensive 6+ years of experience demonstrate a deep understanding of the field, which is highly valuable for leadership and decision-making in resource optimization projects.
- AI Experience (ASR, TTS, LLM):
- Having a consulting background is valuable because it demonstrates your experience in working with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Your tech background is advantageous for understanding and implementing technology-driven resource optimization solutions. Proficiency in relevant software and tools is essential.
- Your experience in client-facing roles and strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English are critical for effectively engaging with regional clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting solutions.
