- Managing a team of packers and fulfilling the picking for the daily orders
- Endorsing the receiving inbound of goods and preparing outbound shipments for daily dispatch
- Performing stock reconciliation with accounts departments on the inflow and outflow of inventory on a weekly basis
- Conducting weekly stock taking of inventory
- Overlooking the entire operations of the warehouse from maintaining the equipment, planning workers roasters, house-keeping and opening and closing of the warehouse.
- Liaising with freight forwarders and third party logistics providers through web portals or collection.
- Working closely with the accounts department on the billing, collection, and delivery of the orders
- Liaising with sales department to maintain customers expectations on the physical conditions of goods
