1. Front desk and telephone reception
- Answer telephone calls and direct to colleagues as appropriate
- Attend to enquiries from public (walk-in or telephone call)
- Receive clients and visitors
2. Finance administrative support
- Preparation of payment vouchers and claims
- Preparation of reports as required
- Banking and managing petty cash float duties
3. General Administrative support
- Mails – handles postage, collection of mails and distribution
- Manage stationery (track inventory, issues and top ups)
- Monitor pantry supplies and top ups
- Assist in administrative support, co-ordination, reporting and updates
- Sorting, scanning and filing of documents
- Maintain and keep proper records of documents
- Application of training grants, subsidies, GIRO application and other vendor’s application
- Any other ad hoc related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient with computer especially in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
- Meticulous, good initiative and able to work independently
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Well organised, team work with good work attitude
