Technical Director

Requirement


1)Technology Strategy and Development Planning: Develop and implement the company's technology strategy, vision, and long-term plan. Ensure that the technology strategy is consistent with the company's business goals and growth strategies.

2)Technical Architecture and Infrastructure: Responsible for the technical architecture design and infrastructure of the company's system, ensuring the performance, stability, and scalability of the system to meet the growing transaction needs.

3)Information Security and Risk Management: Develop and implement security policies to ensure the security of the system, including data security, privacy protection, and compliance issues. Ensure that the company's technology and data security policies comply with relevant laws and industry standards.

4)User Experience and Services: Optimize the User Interface and User Experience of the system to ensure that customers can use the company's system smoothly and safely.

5)Technology Innovation and Research: Track the latest developments in industry technology, explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance the service quality and market competitiveness

6)Team building and management: Recruit, train, and manage the technical team to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and expertise to support the exchange's technical needs and business goals.

7)External cooperation: Establish connections with other technology suppliers and external partners to jointly improve industry safety standards and service quality.



Job requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering or related field.

2. At least 5 years of technical leadership experience, with experience in the financial technology industry preferred.

3. Excellent team management and leadership skills, able to motivate team members and drive the team to achieve common goals.

4. Deeply understand the market and have a keen insight into industry trends.

5. Solid software development and system architecture design skills, familiar with common programming languages.

6. Have a deep understanding of security and risk management, and be able to develop effective security strategies and measures.

7. Have good problem-solving and decision-making skills, and be able to handle emergencies effectively under pressure.
