Location: Boon Lay (Transport pick up: Lakeside MRT, Tampines MRT, MacPherson MRT)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle for the company, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries and assist with cash flow management.
- Oversee intercompany transactions and review payments for subsidiaries.
- Participate in the preparation of corporate income tax filings and review GST working papers.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as bankers, auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly financial reports for the Group.
- Ensure the timely submission of all ECI and tax filings for the Group.
- Contribute to the annual budget preparation process.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP or IFRS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., Dynamics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
