Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company
• Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger
and bank reconciliation, Admin duties
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Support audit and tax queries
• Liaise with banks on banking transactions
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations
• Support the Operational Team
Requirements
• Min. degree in Accounts
• Min. 5 yrs. experience
• Proactive mind set
• Analytical, decision-making and management skills
• Ability to organise and complete all the activities within a limited time duration
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Quick turnaround time on response to mails, reports and system updates
• Ability to look at the past events and plan accordingly to ensure smooth operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel
