Our client is a Shared Services Company managing F&B Operations. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Assistant Manager to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of HR Assistant Manager:
- Contribute to HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Foster positive relationships between management and employees.
- Handle recruitment, including job descriptions and onboarding.
- Supervise HRMS operations, including payroll and leave management.
- Oversee performance management and career planning.
- Ensure employee safety, welfare, and engagement.
- Manage employee exits and ensure legal compliance.
- Document HR procedures.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
