Job Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll outsourcing work and attend to general HR queries from clients.
- Responsible for timely execution and completion of payroll cycles.
- Responsible to provide accurate calculation of final pay and adhering to all local statutory requirements – IR21 and IR8A filing.
- Responsible for statutory payment submission and claims - CPF, FWL, IRAS (IR21, IR8A), NS claims, Government-Paid maternity, Paternity and childcare Leave, Mediation (TADM), etc.
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance
- Registration and Administration of CorpPass accounts for clients’ companies
- Administer relevant documents pertaining to employees’ employment, resignation, termination, confirmation, retirement, contract renewal, certification letter, etc.
- Maintain and upkeep employee records in HR system and Personnel File (P-File).
- Update and maintain Leave system.
- Process monthly invoices to clients.
- Process document legalization applications.
- Any other work as assigned by HR Manager/ Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
- Eye for detail is important.
- Experience in using infoTech/Employment Hero payroll software will be an added advantage.
