We are looking for a Data Management and Client Service Specialist to:
Be responsible for the setup and maintenance of client data in multiple applications, primarily Euro Paladign and Key Link.
Provide presentation and training (online and on-site) to end users on the KeyLink platform's functionalities across different modules - Cash, Securities, FX, Precious Metals etc.
Interact professionally daily with Internal and External clients, Operations, Sales, Client Relationship and IT teams via Helpline, internal chats and emails.
Promote team’s service quality and assist team members with the maintaining of agreed service level standards.
Assist in the production of effective training documentation and materials.
Experience with static data maintenance in a Financial Institution
A keen eye for detail
Strong coordination skills are flexible and able to multi-task and work well under time pressure.
A good communicator, able to express effectively in both business and technical terms (e.g., SWIFT and Operating Systems terminology)
An effective team player with a professional and positive attitude
