Responsibilities:
· Provide good customer service in managing the phone calls and attend to client enquiries.
· Call, schedule and remind customers to confirm their appointment
· Provide admin, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team
in campaigns and promotions on social media platforms etc, when needed.
Requirements:
· 5.5 days work week (Mon to Fri : 11am to 8pm, Sat 10am to 2pm)
· Basic PC skills required
· Sales and/or customer service background would be an added advantage
· Friendly and warm personality
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
· Preferably with some relevant work experience
