Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Prepare corporate secretarial documents and lodgments with ACRA
- Liaise and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance and ongoing company administration matters
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in Business Administration, Accountancy or a related field
- CSIS qualifications or studying CSIS will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial experience
