RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Process Analyst provides support to the Executive Team (Head of IT, Team Leads) by analyzing business processes and workflows with the objective of evaluating, framing, documenting and improving through automation and digitalization.
Responsibilities
- Identify, document, analyse and improve business and system processes through automation/digitalization efforts. Evaluate the organization's business needs and develops long-term IT plans and solution to meet business requirement
- Discover, develop and maintain system and infrastructure documentation both in text and graphical format. Review information to highlight areas of improvement and identify risks and concerns, extract reports and provides framing of data for review
- Participate in solutioning, change management and problem resolution of existing system and processes
- Formulate and maintain IT policies and processes. Participate, contribute in corporate governance programs and deliver training and user guides for internal and external users
- Organize records and documents in relation to standard operating procedures, contracts, meeting minutes, non-disclosure agreements, and other important records
- Ensure IT System roles and responsibilities are assigned through proper access management controls and assisting with other administrative tasks in involving Procurement, Legal and Finance process
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in business, computer science, or relevant field with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in IT documentation skills and tools
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office skills with ability to work in a collaborative environment, excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, excellent writing skills with prior experience in crafting official documents for broad circulation internally and externally
- Experience in industrial engagement and organization
