Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advisory services and main point of contact for managers and employees for HR/ Payroll enquiries
- Manage the whole on-boarding process / off-boarding process; not limited to letters preparation, contract briefing, exit interview, employee clearance, etc.
- Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary issues
- Prepare monthly HR Adjustment List which includes salary adjustment, conversion, unpaid leaves deduction, completion bonus payout, fixed allowances adjustment, etc.
- Familiar with different payroll formulas for computation of salary, leave encashment, bonus payout, etc,
- Tracking of government-paid Leave (Paternity/ Maternity/Childcare) for timely submission
- Familiar with work pass transactions through MyMOM portal and WPOnline system and filing of IR21 via IRAS
- Maintain accurate HR database and update employee records in the HRMS and P-files
- Preparation of Yearly Salary Increment and AWS Payout exercise
- Verification of salary payout, HR documents, etc. for Malaysia subsidiary
- Other ad hoc HR functions as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline
- Good knowledge of local employment legislations like: Employment Act, CPF Act and IRAS
- Knowledge in Prosoft HRMS is plus point
