Jobs Responsibilities
1. Developing the feedstock supply chain and biodiesel sales market;
2. Able adapt to travel in Southeast Asia
3. Timely processing of orders and preparation of shipping documents;
4. Handling other document requirement for import and export documentation and co-ordinating closely with trading Dept.
4. Ensure that all imported and exported products conform to government or government agencies rules and policies;
5. Prepare all relevant documents for L/C negotiations with bank;
6. Coordination of delivery, shipment and collection of goods with customers, suppliers, forwarders, shipping companies, contractors for stuffing and unstuffing and other departments within the company/group;
7. Responsible for translation of material requirements to support customers' and company's needs;
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity with trading in commodity sector will be preferred
2. Proficient with incoterms, system
3. Possess minimum a Diploma (preferably in Logistics Management/Supply Chain)
4. Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel
5. Dynamic, self-motivated and persevering
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Demonstrates strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player with positive attitude
