Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the Safety team in the implementation of Company’s safety systems at sites
- Inspect and examine the workplace to ensure workplace safety compliance
- Identify safety, environmental health non-compliance and recommend measures to rectify
- Liaise with authorities and clients on matters pertaining to environmental, workplace safety issues
- Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Managers on all safety and health issues .
- Conduct & organize internal / external WSH trainings for staffs.
- Conduct incident investigations & propose corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspection and audits on the safety provisions.
- Conduct, review & submit Risk Assessments.
- Prepare safe work procedures for site activities.
Requirements
- Specialist Diploma in WSH
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in construction industry
- Possess a valid registration with MOM
