Operations Management Executive

Key Role:


• Supervising and actively participating in various aspects of operations.

Job Description:


• Ensure timely, quantity, quality, and budgeted delivery of products to meet customer demands.
• Generate monthly variance reports, analyze and manage changes in product lifecycle, gradual elimination transitions, promotional products, and impacts of slow-moving or obsolete inventory, providing actionable strategies and implementation plans.
• Track inventory, conduct inventory reviews, monitor customer fill rates, supplier performance, and forecast accuracy, providing actionable strategies and implementation plans.
• Monitor and react to product demand changes, adjust inventory plans accordingly through appropriate strategies and implementation plans.
• Provide accurate forecasting and develop strategies to improve forecasting processes and minimize variance.
• Oversee and manage inbound operations, including agreements with third-party logistics providers.
• Supervise product quality, ensuring timely monthly execution and monitoring, including standard documentation collection.
• Participate in developing and supporting the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for demand forecasting and supply planning using ERP systems.
• Assist in daily procurement operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.


Job Requirements:


• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle crisis situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at maintaining company relationships.
• Experience in operational management related to inbound operations, ability to negotiate with third-party logistics providers.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners for mutual benefit.
• Proficient in inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply planning skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of analyzing data and providing accurate forecasts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and proficient in using them for inventory management and planning.
• Ability to multitask and set task priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• 3-5 years of work experience in operations management or related fields.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English preferred.
