Job Responsility :-
- Deploy HR philosophy to Asia subsidiaries (Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Japan) and make an alignment for global HR operation
- Deploy global HR policies and programs to Asia subsidiaries and ensure their thorough implementation
- Strengthen Asia Region’s organization and attract, develop and retain talents
- Proactively monitor, support and manage risks related to Regional / subsidiary HR issues from a long-term perspective and continuously develop subsidiary HR capabilities
- Develop and implement regional HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, Asia region CEO HR initiatives and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy
- Lead regional HR processes, maintain HR operational excellence / efficiency and increase visibility of HR performance management aligned with the corporate direction and business strategy with Regional HR
Requirements :-
- At least 3 years of experience in HR field
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and be a good team player
- Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree
