The role of Admin Executive involves performing general administrative duties within the organisation which includes Office & Facilities Management as well as responsible in managing the front desk office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties, attend to walk-in visitors and their requests, answering phone calls etc.
- Manage ordering & keeping track of all office and general supplies.
- Manage all office equipment and usability such as water dispenser/printer etc.
- Responsible for travel arrangement such as flight schedules, visas and hotel bookings for all stakeholders within the organisation.
- Assist in general administration and coordination for ad-hoc functions/events in the organisation such as birthday parties/incentive trip/annual D&D etc.
- Work closely with HR & Admin department and provide support in all ad-hoc and administrative duties when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- A strong team player
- Meticulous and pro-active
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word
