Job Description:
- Post, update and remove job ads.
- To screen resumes, application forms for scheduling of interviews with candidates.
- Provide administration support & supporting daily activities within the Team
- Work closely with other departments to ensure hirings are managed within timelines.
- Maintain HR department employee records, file system and ensuring that all employee files are up to date and all inclusive.
- Organize engagement initiatives, activities and programs to support organizational objectives.
- Provide assistance on other ad hoc duties/assignments/project as neccessary.
