Responsibilities:
- Assist in all operational duties in the Pastry department, including daily production of cakes and pastries.
- Timely delivery of quality pastries made by the kitchen to outlets.
- Ensuring and maintaining hygiene standards and products across all the full range of products, including
control of inventory, as well as product wastage.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Executive Chef.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience with pastries.
- Strong passion and knowledge in pastry and baking.
- Team player and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- 5 day work week but must be able to work weekends, public holidays and shifts.
