- IAM tools management, engineering, and support (Level 2)

Responsibilities:
- Lead IAM support team in managing the identity access management tools and technology
- Holistic correlation across systems to resolve underlying IAM issues and risks; risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks in RBAC implementations.
- Fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, including Level 1 & 3 teams, stakeholders in broad security division, applications, infrastructure, business operations etc.
- Address audit queries, evaluate support model effectiveness, and proactively resolve system issues.
- Provide standby support for emergencies and collaborate on standard recovery processes – in case of critical incidents
- Review deployment guides, manage deployment calendars, and ensure timely security updates and product patches
- Supervise on BI reports, automation scripts implementation

Requirements:
- 8+ years IAM (Identity and Access Management), Information Security experience
- Hands-on experience with RBAC and SOD (Segregation of Duty) implementation.
- Strong knowledge in Oracle Identity Governance will be a plus
- Proficient in Java, Python, or similar languages for automation (security engineering).
- Project management experience and knowledge of relevant technologies.
