Job Description
- Manage the maintenance and servicing of company equipment, which includes license renewals, vehicle etc.
- Manage all the company insuarnce and claims
- Manage general procurement for internal use and follow up with suppliers regularly
- Provide full admin support on project team and office
- Perform general administrative duties including phone calls, fax, emails.
- Maintain proper filing /documentation and updating the database regularly via Info-tech system and server
- Handle petty cash and staff claims
- Upkeep of office stationeries & equipment such as photocopier, pantry supplies
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
- fresh graduates and no experience all welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office skills
- Willing to learn HR job scope
- Able to multi-task, meticulous and independent
- Bilingual in English / Mandarin (required to liaise with Chinese-speaking vendors.)
- Able to start work immediate or at short notice
- 5 days work week
