The Responsibilities:
- Execute processing of customer and supplier orders and oversee shipment monitoring/tracking
- Verify customer purchase orders for accurate entry into the SAP system, encompassing sales and purchase invoices, delivery orders, and debit/credit notes
- Prepare and oversee shipping documentation to ensure compliance with import and export regulations
- Coordinate and address customer inquiries and needs effectively
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, overseas offices, customers, and forwarding agents to ensure timely cargo delivery
- Manage the comprehensive spectrum of import/export shipping documentation, including L/C negotiations, invoicing, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs/insurance certificates
- Generate payment instructions for Accounts and maintain oversight of account receivable/payable for each customer
- Execute tasks related to order fulfillment, including receiving, picking/packing, and delivering orders/samples
- Ensure inventory stock accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Compile and maintain shipping documents for audit compliance
- Undertake various ad hoc tasks as delegated by management
The Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience handling Shipping Documents, specifically encompassing Letter of Credit, within the Trading sector
- Proficient understanding and practical experience in Import & Export operations
- Strong communication abilities and adept interpersonal skills
