Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Search ( able to organize data neatly )
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Willing to learn & pick up new things
- Good self-discipline, driven and motivated
- Able to work independent, multitask & fill in the gaps as and when required
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduated also encourage to apply
Job description
- Assist in payroll preparation by verifying relevant data (absences, leaves, overtime & etc)
- Assist in checking employee's leave application and attendance records
- Assist in various HR functions and daily operations
- Provide administrative support to the company, e.g. upkeep and maintenance of stationery, company uniform and etc to ensure sufficient stock
- Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system
- To perform any other duties & responsibilities when necessary ( Issue Sales Order & Delivery Order)
- To liase with Immigration, JTK, Fomema & other related government agency on foreign workers permit renewal
- Manages foreign worker including accommodation, medical chech-up, renewal work pemit, transportation & etc
- To administer , process & renew license, tenancy & other
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred
