We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to advance digital transformation projects and support Government Corporate Applications!

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects are met.
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure, and contribute to project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training & Implementation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues or risks proactively to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Review project deliverables. e.g. functional specifications, system test plan & results, user guide, operation manual.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, resolve issues, and make key project decisions.
- Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organisation and to recommend mitigating measures to manage the risks.
- Outsourcing and Contract Management to oversee, manage multiple vendors and external providers of ICT services, work with team members from application and infra teams, to deliver project on time and within budget.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Skilled in managing corporate applications and adept at troubleshooting across various domains, including applications, infrastructure, and security.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT project management.
- Experience in AWS cloud and Microsoft Products (Related certification will be an added advantage).
- Project management-related certification (PMP, CITPM, etc.) is advantageous.
- Working experience in Agile methodologies.
- Previous involvement in government projects/ Familiarity with IM8 is advantageous.
