Key roles and responsibilities:

- Able to handle project independently from inception to completion with direct liaison with clients & consultants.
- Able to multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in dynamic environment

Along the way, you will need to follow up with the following :
- Produce concept design, space planning and presentation
- Capable to produce tender documentation and detail drawings
- Ensure project complies with design specifications and building regulations
- Attend client meetings and reporting of design progress
- Outspoken, persuasive & influential to acquire best value from vendors
Skills & Experience
- Only Singaporeans
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
- At least 1 year of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
