-Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant sales information
-Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and material
-Respond and follow up after-sales complaints from customers
-Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
-Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness
-Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
-Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings , propose improvements and report to the higher management
-Ensure adherence to company policies with postitive attitude
-Reports to the higher management
Requirements:
-At least 1 year relevant working experience
-Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative and junior accounting positions will be considered a good plus.
-Knowledge in general hardware products (building materials, hardware & etc) will be added advantage.
-Good computer skills (MS Office) and efficiency in operating auto count
-Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
-A team player with high level of dedication, pleasant cheerful and positive attitude
-Abilty and maturity to act and execute accordingly to higher managment's instruction with strict confidence tactfully and efficiently with professionality
