Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the Clinical Operations Department with clinicians and internal teams
- Plan and implement new models
- Ensure smooth and hassle-free execution of daily data extraction and migration plans
- Review documents for clinical and non-clinical needs
- Support the preparation of activities required during IT systems downtime, upgrade and deployment
- Administer support in purchase-related activities
- Management of timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of key action items
- Where directed by the Reporting Officer, support other Clinical Operations related projects and tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an operations background. Healthcare experience is a bonus
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet competing deadlines
- Strong project management skills
- Analytical and innovative thinker
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Manage relationships (internal and external), especially with clinicians and patients
- Ability to work independently and also in teams
