Requirement : Business Analyst - Digital Banking (Mobile/Internet Banking)


Skills Required:

  • Overall must be 6+ years experience.
  • Hands-on experience in digital banking products (Mobile/Internet) is must (2+ years).
  • Must be working as a Business Analyst in Banking domain (4+ years).
  • Working experience in banking or financial or insurance domain is a must for last 3+ years.
  • More than 2+ years of experience leading and managing projects using Agile – Must
  • Agile experience is a must for at least 2+ years.
  • Experiences in banking domain across multiple implantations in Digital Banking or Payments, Cash Management.
  • Hands-on experience in end-user support, on-going production support; including the prioritization and rationalization of new support issues.
  • Experiences in business requirements analysis, functional unit testing and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), FSD, BRD.
  • Recent working experience in FSD- Functional Specifications Documentation and elaborated user stories (3+ years- recent).
  • Gather requirement from business and maintain BRD – Must
  • Prepare functional specifications document with use case and other related deliverables, and conduct FSD work through with business, DEV and testing team - Must
  • Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organisation’s context
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to evaluate and analyse existing business processes, and uncover areas for improvements
  • Ability to envision and design end to end business processes keeping an eye on the details
  • Ability to analyse / identify how a process design change might impact across people, process, organisation as well as technology
  • Ability to gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documentation
  • Ability to communicate and clarify requirements with developers, testers and other key stakeholders from business, operations and technology functions
  • Ability to identify and clearly document dependencies
  • Excellent functional / documentation / analytical skills
  • Ability to work in an agile delivery environment – adopting agile behaviour and tools
  • Drive Requirements Lifecycle- From abstract product vision all the way to detailed functional requirements in digital banking.
  • Bridge Product Owners, System Analysts, Architects and Developers - Translate the high-level product vision and initiatives into tangible, detailed requirements for developers, in collaboration with system analysts and architects.
