Duration: 6-Month Contract
Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with country communication heads to oversee the regional communication calendar.
- Supervise the region's intranet and newsletter.
- Develop and manage all communication and CSR tools for the region, including presentations, audio-visual resources, and online content.
- Monitor the region budget with clusters and finance.
- Act as the deputy to the region head in managing communication initiatives for the Region President in Singapore.
- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies for China within the APAC scope.
- Manage the online presence and activities of the Region President and Cluster MDs on LinkedIn.
- Oversee cross-regional projects such as site rebranding.
- Support communication programs for all region functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications and marketing.
- 5-6 years of experience in communications and event management.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is desirable.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and various digital media channels.
- Experience managing internal and external communication channels, including SharePoint, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong project management skills.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to tackle challenging tasks.
