Our client looking for a Temp Admin Assistant (Customer Service / Invoice) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming inquiries and collecting relevant caller information for follow-up by sales personnel.
- Assisting in the creation of proposals based on information provided by the Sales and Marketing team.
- Generating invoices and preparing monthly reports for consolidated billing purposes.
- Managing and organizing the filing system and software for waste information management.
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations within the team.
- Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager and Sales Director on matters related to customer care, market intelligence, and marketing communications.
- Updating the customer database with current and potential customer information.
- Coordinating with various departments, including logistics and operations, to meet customer requirements.
- Performing administrative tasks such as updating engineers' schedules, providing project details, and processing expenses.
- Ensuring clear communication between engineers and the Service Manager, preparing service quotations, and managing documentation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Invoice & Admin relevant experiences.
