Job Responsibilties
- Responsible for the Engineering Project Information / Data Management functions but not limited to collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences
- Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices
- Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes
- May provide guidance to less experienced team members
- Perform regular Data validation checks and Flag inconsistencies to Engineering and resolve the inconsistencies
- Perform Data Loading to Aveva Engineering
- Tag and Data Management using Aveva Engineering
- Class Library development for Project
- Implementation of KBR Digital Twin approach
- Perform Vendor Data review
- To support the detailed engineering design effort by the use of standard tools, as well as support the project close-out and turn-over effort
- To support data and document submittal to Client as per the scope of work
- To support and manage the flow of data and documentation to the Client
- To follow the contractual requirements for information/data turnover to assure a seamless transfer of information to Client
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree with minimum 10 years of experience
- Knowledge and proficiency on Engineering & IM System and Tools like AVEVA Diagram (P&ID), Electrical, Instrumentation and AVEVA Engineering
- Good understanding on Engineering Work flow and key deliverables
- Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 10+ years of experience
- Experience with O&G Offshore/Onshore projects with hands-on Project Information Management functions but not limited to :-
- Class library, Naming Rules, Attribute data definition
- Data collection and validation methods
- Data exchange interfaces
- Data Exports and metrics reporting
- Engineering and Supplier Tag & Data Management
- Engineering software systems & tools
- Good Knowledge of Engineering Database Warehouse systems (Aveva Engineering and Aveva ISM)
- Experience in Engineering Data Class library Management
- Experience in Database Management System, SQL development, VBA, SQL Server Reporting services, Preparation of Data Management Plan / procedures
