Position Description
King’s Health Care is seeking a multi-skilled individual who has prior experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry preferably in patient/customer facing roles. The individual should have a good acumen in generating new business and retaining existing business. Most importantly being able to manage a clinical/healthcare setting.
The role will primarily involve being a Senior Healthcare Operations Manager involved in managing Clinical/Healthcare requirements including being a skilled all-rounder in providing care and comprehensive solution to our patients, customers, medical partners and external / internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities of the Position
- Improve the company's current market position and develop new strategies to educate external stakeholders on sleep science and sleep technology.
- Improve and grow the company's position to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
- Promote medical products with a specific focus on sleep therapy and respiratory health to a diverse clientele across general clients and medical practitioners across multiple industries.
- Manage, coordinate, negotiate, navigate and acquire new accounts in various medical organisations (Specialist GP's in both public and private sectors) and develop an appropriate business plan for each account.
- Build and Grow rapport with physicians, practice managers and clinic staff to ensure an excellent service standard is maintained at all times.
- Implement and Execute sales and marketing activities on digital and e-commerce platforms to stay ahead of market trends and achieve desired targets.
- Support and Collaborate in enhancing e-commerce platforms to boost product and business awareness across Singapore.
