Responsibilities
· Be the MAXIMO Consultant where the customers, project team (include Business Analyst, Software Engineer and Test Engineers etc) will be able to get expertise advise on the MAXIMO features and also industry usage and best practice
· Lead in the MAXIMO configuration and customization to meet the project requirements
· Participate in the user requirements gathering with the Business Analysts to gather specific software requirements
· Participate in the interface requirements gathering with the Interface Manager / Interface Engineer to gather specific software requirements
· Propose software architecture, configuration & customization to meet specific project requirement
· Estimate the software effort and plan out the software delivery schedule
· In charge of the development / review of IBM MAXIMO related documents including plan, requirements, design, test documents
· Mentor the software engineers in IBM MAXIMO configuration and customization
· In charge of the review of MAXIMO configuration and customization software coding and unit test with the software engineers
· Available to go to customer site to support site testing activities
Qualifications
· Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
· Project Management certification (PMP), if any
· Minimum 6 years of software development experience (C#/Java) and have gone through at least 2 cycles of SLDC
· Min 2 to 4 years’ experience with Software Team lead role
· Demonstrate leadership skills and have a strong team spirit with can-do attitude
· At least 5 years of IBM MAXIMO project implementation and customization experience with certification is a must
· Knowledge in the following:
