Job Descriptions
- Assist head chef with food prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and marinating.
- Help with cooking simple dishes under the supervision of our head chef.
- Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
- Carry out kitchen inventory checks, and report shortages to the management.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Any other matters required by the head chef and management.
