Responsibilities
- Assist and manage key Investor Relations functions including preparation of quarterly results announcements and production of Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports
- Organise and support investors meetings and media briefings, including quarterly results announcements, General Meetings (AGM, EGM), roadshows and other ad-hoc meetings
- Provide support for sustainability reporting matters, including data tracking and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Engage with multiple stakeholders on key sustainability and IR issues, and when necessary, provide updates to the Senior Management team and Board of Directors
- Maintain corporate website and social media accounts and support CSR initiatives

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Communications, Arts and Social Sciences, Business or other related discipline
- Strong command of English (both spoken and written), with good writing, editing and copywriting skills
- Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Curious, meticulous and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc); knowledge of design or other video editing software will be a plus
- Prior experience in corporate communications or investor relations is preferred but not necessary
