About the Job:

This is your chance to join the heart of our commercial operation management. Your role involves not just steering our strategic initiatives towards market leadership but also ensuring our operations flow from market analysis to the execution of sales strategies.


Responsibilities:

l Oversee commercial projects, ensuring each phase, from market analysis to implementation, aligns with Barcelona’s strategic vision.

l Conduct thorough market analyses to develop innovative growth strategies, placing Barcelona ahead in competitive markets.

l Lead the creation and execution of project planing that cover all aspects of commercial operations, including marketing strategies, customer service, and financial management.

l Serve as the liaison for project-related communications between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effectivecollaboration and progress management.

l Manage the project’s financial dimensions meticulously, involving budgeting, reforecasting, and financial reporting.

l Nurture a culture of continuous improvement within the team, motivating innovation and operational enhancements that contribute to Barcelona’s enduring success.

l Lead cross-region project teams across different regions, facilitating collaboration among diverse functions (business, technical, design, etc.).


Qualifications:

l Strong leadership with proven track records.

l Demonstrated process optimization skills, including simplifying, standardizing, centralizing, and automating work flows and tasks.

l Adaptability to rapidly changing environments, with a capability swiftly adjust to new strategies, priorities, and approaches.

l Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly in both Chinese and English.

l Client-centric, ensuring high standards of client engagement and satisfaction.

l Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of conducting market analyses using complex data sets.

l Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with a solid understanding of advanced functions and formulas.
