The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will undertake the full cycle of investment that includes sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments, monitoring and analyzing investment performance of the fund and its respective investments, including appropriate returns benchmarking, regular reporting to investment committee, internal and external stakeholders, maintaining good fund governance by complying with internal governance guidelines and external regulatory requirements, keeping good records and documentation in the management and administration of the fund and its activities, contributing to firm’s investment management strategy through research and market intelligence, including keeping current on the competitive and regulatory landscape and best practice.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have the relevant academic qualifications with at 5 years relevant experience in the real estate sector. You should be a team player who is passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership; possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
