· Devise, execute and review marketing communications initiatives/ projects across multiple channels such as social media posts, website content for lead generation, live streaming, etc, to amplify brand awareness and market share.
· Implement and manage assigned social media campaigns effectively based on clear objective, KPI, timeline and budget.
. Content and video production management including creative writing for social media and website.
· Strategic content development, planning and execution for e-commerce platform.
· Monitor market competition and propose strategic actionable plan.
· Ensure brand consistency across all media and platforms.
Social Media Live Streamer
· Create and edit well-searched content for social media live streaming for Electronics Home Appliance brand.
· Responsible for livestream hosting. Able to host, engage and communicate face-to-face, fronting the camera and audience.
· Constantly explore and identify new potential opportunities in all aspects to develop and establish the sustainable streaming content and format for greater viewerships.
· Involve in broadcast/ livestream process, including scheduling, planning, and marketing. Ensure the livestream is set up with the right permissions for attendees and event groups.
· Develop creative ways to enhance and improve production efficiency.
· Track, monitor and improve livestream's performance through insights and data analytics.
· Prepare reports and provide insights on marketing/ business trends to the management team.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties, projects and initiatives as assigned and when required.

Job Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interpret analytics software.
· Tech savvy and well-versed with social media strategies and management.
· Candidates with experience as a Host, Blogger and Streamer are preferred.
· Experience in managing social media such as TikTok, WeChat and other relevant platforms is a plus.
· Effectively bilingual in English and the Chinese Language (in order to maintain and develop relationships with English and Chinese speaking key partners).
· Able to work within a team and independently.
· Fast learner with a positive attitude.
· Pro-active, flexible, and enthusiastic team player.
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Willingness to work during off-work hours (including weekends and holidays).
