As a Supply Chain Manager (Manpower Outsourcing), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end process of outsourcing manpower to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the supply chain of talent acquisition, ensuring timely sourcing, onboarding, and deployment of manpower resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to streamline the outsourcing process and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with client companies to understand their manpower requirements and align staffing solutions accordingly.
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates, as well as completion of necessary documentation.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies and other external partners to ensure a steady supply of qualified manpower.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of manpower outsourcing operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards governing manpower outsourcing activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the manpower outsourcing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supply chain management,or warehouse operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work Overtime.
