Job Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum payroll administration including but not limited to:
- Verify and process monthly commission and overtime payout
- Check and approve staff claim in accordance to staff entitlement
- Check staff attendance and leave applications
- Ensure payroll accuracy and meet the deadline
- Submit reports on time to relevant authorities and internal Departments
- Responsible for payroll practices compliance with government regulations
- Maintain proper documents for internal and external audit
- Manage HR administrative matters such as confirmation letter, warning letter, NS make-up claims, maternity claims, childcare leave claims and etc.
- Provide support to immediate superior on the Performance Appraisal Processes
- Provide timely support to staff enquiries
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned such as supporting staff events, training programs, etc.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in business related discipline
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of related working experience with 2 years experience handling full spectrum of payroll administration
- Meticulous
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore Employment Legislation.
- Knowledge of Unit 4 System/BIPO Payroll would be advantageous.
- Able to start within short notice.
