As a Sales Assistant Manager for our Manpower Agency, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and overseeing the recruitment process to meet client staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to source, screen, and select qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
